公司具有较强的研发能力和可持续发展能力，公司2011年组建压铸事业部，定位于高端制造，目标为向国内一流车企配套供应汽车用铝合金压铸件。公司起点比较高，目前产品主要用于东风-康明斯发动机公司、上海通用公司。生产汽车发动机用高气密性铝合金压铸件。其中1250T挤压式压铸工艺属于国内首创，满足了产品内部高密性要求，为铝压铸件进一步热处理以改善机械性能提供了解决方案；DDC2000大型压铸机采用实时控制系统技术为产品的稳定性提供了有效保证，满足了汽车主机厂对产品一致性方面的严格要求。同时，公司十分重视产品生产的整个质量控制过程，建立了产品试验检测中心，培养品质管理人才，构建了完整的质量管理体系，确保了客户对产品监控、有效、可追溯等方面的要求。
